Pedro Points

Proposed point value: 10¢. Spend rewards return 2% of eligible purchases, before visit and social bonuses. A $50 receipt previews $1 of spend reward value plus a 10¢ visit bonus. A $5 purchase with a visit bonus returns 4%, so small-ticket stores need their own minimum purchase or funded visit budget.

Each earning merchant funds its issued points. The BID or sponsors fund event and social points. Reimburse the redeeming merchant from that pool monthly at the agreed capped value. Do not launch cross-merchant redemptions until funding and reimbursement are contracted.

One visit per merchant per day, unique transaction checks, receipt review, refund reversals, single-use redemption codes and merchant-set monthly caps are required before launch. Cropped or edited copies still need manual duplicate review.
